I work with college and university EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) and Human Resource offices in conducting independent, neutral investigations of formal policy complaints and violations including:

  • Consensual Relations Between Staff and Students or Between Individuals Where One Has Professional Responsibility for the Other

These particular investigations are sensitive and complex in nature. As an experienced, neutral investigator I can comfortably ask tough, sometimes embarrassing questions of either gender to ensure  that all perspectives are fairly represented.
